Martin and Michael were closely involved in the construction every step of the way, and the result of their engagement is three bright, inviting apartments with a wonderful view of Brixen. Rates and terms
Rates are per apartment per night, based on a minimum stay of 4 nights and 2-person occupancy.
Less than 4 nights on request.
Each additional person: €40 per night
Rates do not include the local tourist tax, to be paid on site, amounting to €2.60 per person per day for every guest aged 14 years and over.

Cancellation policy
Even though the Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of withdrawal on accommodation bookings, we allow cancellations under the following terms:
- Up until 3 months before the agreed date of arrival, we only withhold the deposit
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
- In the last 4 weeks before arrival, we charge the booking price in full.
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit.
Please refer to articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (legislative decree 206/2005).

Arrival and departure
Check in is from 3 p.m. On departure, please vacate your apartment by 10 a.m.
Sports equipment
We are happy to lend you our electric bikes, while toboggans and ski equipment can be hired directly at the Plose ski area facilities.
Apartment amenities
Our holiday apartments are equipped with all necessities, including bedding, hand and bath towels, crockery, dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, salt, sugar, coffee and more.
Transfer and transport connections
We are happy to pick you up from Brixen train station on arrival. This pick-up service is available upon advance reservation and for a fee.
Alternatively, you can take city bus No. 3 (320.3) running from Brixen train station to Kranebitt. The bus stop is only 450 metres from us.
Parking
We offer one complimentary parking space per apartment.

We’re sorry, pets are not allowed in our apartments. Thank you for your understanding.
