Our agriculture

Grapes, apricots, apples, cherries, pears and berries of the highest quality – all thriving in our sunny orchards and vineyards. Martin and Michael only harvest the fruit when it is fully ripe and has developed its full flavour, to ensure that the distinctive aromas of each variety are brought out and preserved by distillation.

We offer our guests fresh fruits and vegetables grown on our own farm—depending on the season and availability. The produce comes directly from our farm and is grown with great care.
