From March onwards, Brixen is abloom with life and colourful flowers. Our fruit trees are also in full bloom, promising a good harvest. Let the sunny days entice you outside, whether it’s for a walk, a tour in the town or an aperitif at the Neustift Abbey wine cellar.
Walking and indulging
If you’re visiting in spring, don’t miss the Neustift Spring (Neustifter Frühling) festival at the end of April, when local winegrowers open their wine cellars to visitors. Take an indulgent tour through the vineyards surrounding our farm, taste Eisacktal wines, have a chat with the winegrowers and enjoy seasonal dishes – a great way to celebrate spring!
